- The advantage is a one time registration fee. I think it's up to $100 now. It was $50 when I registered the TF and TR3. Also, the annual state inspection is not required which means I don't have to

- The TR4 and TR4A, and probably the later Triumph TR3s used a starter identical to the BJ8 except for the pinion and sleeve and the part no. on the case. Must be tons of Triumph starters out there. A
