These things are called Anderson PowerPoles by brand, and auxiliary battery connectors by use. Places like Pegasus and Racer Wholesale have them for connecting offboard batteries in formula cars. htt

The problem with the Anderson products is that they don't really make a bulkhead fitting! They make some hokey plates that can be used to mount their normal connectors to a bulkhead. Take a look at h
