That's a old 4X4 trick. place jack near bead , jack up vehicle, break bead, rotate tire and jack again as necessary. Flip wheel over, do other side. This is allot easier with a high lift jack.

8 hours is overkill, As Ulix said five fasteners, drop the dash far enough to get to the bolt, remove bolt, put dash back up, no need to disconnect anything electrical.
