- I've got several Weber books. The most accessible is the Haynes manual, making sure that it covers your carb. I tend to use only DCOE's, and they're always covered, but you may have a different model

- Bump steer is adjusted by changing the relationship between the steering rack and the steering arms. On the Midget, you could do that by shimming the rack up or down, or by bending the steering arms

- Go with the uprated and lowered front springs, but don't go over 350#/inch. Stock is about 250#, race start at about 550#. I'd stay with stock rears, but lowered with a block to match the front. bria
