- My Tiger with 260 has 50 psi cold, 45 psi hot at idle and stays there at all speeds. I believe I have read where the minimum oil pressure can be 10 psi at idle and then 5 psi added for every 1000 rp

- That is a very nice engine Tag. My Tag is corroded with only part of the 6 and all the 0 of 260 visible. The build date on your Tag is 5 - K, Oct 1965 and 66 for the model year, my Tag Date is Jan 1

- The original covers were made from press board, I think that is what it was called, and had the black grain finish embossed on one side. The press board would swell and almost fall apart when it was
