Hello all -

Having lurked on this list for many (ma= ny, many) years I will now seek the wisdom of the group as I proceed ponder= ously to finish my TD. It is my first car, purchased in 1963, a '50 T= D3165/XPAG3499 (interesting story, there). I'm finishing the complete= rebuild of the tub, all body metal cleaned at RediStrip and primed in the = early '80's. All new wood bought at that time and everything basicall= y stored over the years, except for fits and starts and some progress with = the mechanicals.

My fi= rst question involves the gas tank: is there a consensus on coating the int= erior of the tank? I had always assumed that I would coat it, and sti= ll have a can of the Moss coating bought many (many, many) years ago.= Any opinions on the pros or cons of coating, and the quality of the = Moss product? I have run across other "systems" for coating the tank.= ..Eastwood, etc.
